Keto Bagel

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 3 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c almond flour
  • 1 T baking powder

    1. Preheat oven to 400

      In the microwave heat cheese and cream cheese until melted. In a food processor, blend cheese mixture and eggs, flour and baking powder. Optional: let chill. Otherwise, lightly grease your hands with olive oil and roll out dough into logs and form into bagel size of choice.  Bake on parchment paper lined sheet until golden brown.  Optional: top with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, asiago cheese....
